    K·Coe Isom, a Top 100 public consulting and accounting firm, is looking to add an experienced IT professional to join the team, working from our Loveland, CO office.


    As a Help Desk Manager, your primary focus will be to handle escalated issues with occasional front-line support duties via phone, video conference, and in-person. You’ll look for recurring trends and make sure calls are resolved in a timely manner. You will work independently and have the support of a remote team that handles front-line issues. Your internal customers will know you have their back as you provide heroic customer service and top-notch support no matter what it takes.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Analyze and troubleshoot issues --looking for root causes and trends, not just treating the symptoms
    • Solve complex software, system, and network problems using logic, knowledge, and research
    • Troubleshoot switches, networks, servers, and industry-specific software
    • Maintain a knowledge base that is comprehensive and easily understood to non-technical audience


    Basic Qualifications

    • 3-5 years minimum experience managing technical solutions with complex business requirements (Citrix, VMware, VOIP, GPO’s, Scripting, PowerShell, etc.)
    • Experience supporting and building relationships with a large number of leaders and staff, each with diverse needs and expectations
    • Experience managing a team of professionals in a service-oriented environment
    • Experience responding to inquiries regarding hardware, software, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
    • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office suite issues

    • Detail oriented; able to quickly and efficiently log all inquiry details, complaints, comments and actions taken
    • Cognitive abilities, interpersonal skills, self-management and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability building and managing professional relationships
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong troubleshooting skills, identifying trends and root issues
    • Ability to diagnose recurring issues and provide proactive solutions and/or recommend ways to improve performance and staff satisfaction
    • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends, when they may be required to meet project timelines
    • Ability to travel infrequently for activities such as office site visits, training or outreach activities, up to 15% of the time
    • Must enjoy working with people, technology, and a desire to have fun
